No Minimum Contract Term with Betatelecoms

Telecoms is a small part of a companys' total overheads, but you must be wary of the small print. I know of a small Estate agent with two analogue lines who signed up to a three year contract. On completion, they were told they had to give three years notice! Or pay £4000 (+V.A.T.) early termination fee! It WAS in their contract!

We were fortunate that we managed to get them out of it on a legal point. On all contracts there is a section headed "Termination", my advice, check this section EVERY time.
